Through the gritted restraint of a wide ranging voice, all deftly guided by a fingerpicking dexterity, these musical excavations result in the laying aside of all judgement and presupposition, opening up the doors to a monumental release of emotional blockage.

Releasing music on his own label Savage Acoustic Records in order to maintain his fiercely guarded desire for independent creative freedom, 2021 sees Hodd set to embark on a mission to record a new album of tape later in the fall.
